Saffrron’s menu is a tasting tour of the local region, Indian style. Chef Selvam Kandasamy specialises in designing healthy, flavoursome and authentic Southern Indian, Northern Indian and Tandoori cuisine. He sources ingredients locally wherever possible and shops at Rapid Creek market for fresh, seasonal produce such as limes, okra, snake beans, egg plant, chili,local Spinach and fresh herbs. Homegrown seafood on the menu includes Barramundi, gold band snapper, Jew fish, grey mackeral and banana prawns.
